  • Surface Preparation: – Substrate sanding (wood: 180–320 grit / metal: light scuffing) – Clean, dry, dust-free & grease-free surface – Moisture-free substrate (especially wood 8–12%) – Use of suitable water-based primer recommended
  • Recommended IFor : nterior wood coatings, furniture, cabinets, MDF & plywood, leather finishes, plastics, and general industrial applications requiring low odor, fast drying, eco-friendly, clear/opaque finish with good flexibility, abrasion resistance & chemical stability

Plastic Coating

  • Solid by Volume 30–40 %
  • Application by Conventional spray, HVLP spray, Flow coat
  • Recommended DFT : 15–25 micron (single coat)
  • Surface Preparation: – Plastic substrate cleaning with plastic-safe cleaner – Static & dust removal (air gun / tack rag) – Surface flaming / adhesion promoter application (as required) – Dry, oil-free & contaminant-free substrate
  • Recommended for Automotive plastic components, two-wheeler parts, consumer electronics, household plastic items, and applications requiring flexibility, good adhesion, scratch resistance & uniform decorative finish on plastic substrates

Glass Coat

  • Surface Preparation: – Thorough cleaning with glass cleaner / IPA – Dust-free, grease-free & moisture-free surface – Lint-free cloth se wiping – Avoid fingerprints before application
  • Recommended for : Architectural glass panels, automotive glass, appliance glass, decorative glass items, and applications requiring clear transparency, scratch resistance, chemical resistance, and improved surface durability

Wood Coating

  • Application : Spray, Brush, Roller, Pad application
  • Recommended DFT 20–30 micron per coat
  • Surface Preparation: – Sanding (120 → 180 → 320 grit) – Dust removal with air & tack cloth – Clean, dry & contaminant-free surface – Moisture content 8–12% recommended
  • Recommended for Furniture, doors, cabinets, partitions, interior woodwork, MDF & plywood finishing, and applications requiring smooth finish, stain resistance, wood protection, and enhanced aesthetic appearance

Non Ferraous Coating

  • Solid by Volume 40–55 %
  • Application: Conventional spray, HVLP, Airless spray, Brush
  • Recommended DFT: 20–40 micron
  • Surface Preparation: – Degreasing & solvent cleaning – Light sanding / scuffing (320–400 grit) – Acid etching / chromate treatment (as required) – Use of suitable Non-Ferrous Primer / Etch Primer strongly recommended – Clean, dry & oxide-free surface
  • Recommended For: Aluminum, stainless steel, brass, copper, galvanized steel, extrusions, appliance parts, automotive trims, and industrial components requiring superior adhesion, corrosion resistance, and durability on non-ferrous metal substrates

Water Proofing

  • Solid by Volume 40–70%
  • Application: Brush, Roller, Airless spray
  • Recommended DFT: 200–500 micron
  • Surface Preparation: – Clean, dust-free & dry substrate – Remove algae, loose particles & old weak coatings – Crack filling with suitable sealant / polymer mortar – Damp-proofing primer / slurry coat (as required) – Ensure proper curing before topcoat application
  • Recommended for : Terraces, bathrooms, balconies, basements, water tanks, exterior walls, roofs, cement slabs, and structures requiring protection against water seepage, dampness, cracks, and long-term moisture resistance

High Solid

  • Solid by Volume 65–85%
  • Application: Conventional spray, Airless spray, HVLP
  • Recommended DFT: 60–120 micron
  • Surface Preparation: – Degreasing & solvent cleaning – Mechanical sanding (120–180 grit) – Blasting (Sa 2 / Sa 2.5) for best adhesion on steel – Clean, dry, dust-free & contaminant-free substrate
  • Recommended for Heavy-duty industrial structures, offshore equipment, pipelines, steel bridges, tanks, refineries, marine structures, and applications requiring thick protective film, low VOC, excellent corrosion resistance & long-term durability

Metalic Coating

Thinner

  • Solid by Volume 0% (pure solvent blend)
  • Recommended DFT : Not applicable
  • Application by – Spray viscosity adjustment – Equipment cleaning – Brush/Roller application ke liye reduction – Surface wiping (as recommended)
  • Surface Preparation: – Remove oil, grease & contaminants using suitable thinner – Wiping with clean lint-free cloth – Ensure surface dry & dust-free before coating
  • Recommended for Synthetic, PU, Acrylic, Epoxy, NC & general industrial coatings ke dilution, viscosity control, spray smoothness improvement, and equipment/line cleaning applications (coating type ke hisaab se specific thinner required hota hai)

Metalic Coating

  • Application by Conventional spray, HVLP, Airless spray

2C Concrete Primer
